Ritaโs individual approach is exactly what I needed!
Where to start….?!
I’ve always had a small physique and as a result, was able to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and never gained any weight. I ate fast food, all the pastas, pop, chips, you name it, I indulged in it just because I could.
Then my 40’s hit and I knew it wouldn’t last forever so I started doing some exercises at home. Then a pandemic hit and I found myself 2 years later and 20+ pounds heavier.
I had followed Rita for many years after seeing a couple friend’s post their experience and photos from the 4 Weeks to Fab program.
After trying so many times on my own (online programs, apps, gym membership) and failing, giving up and giving in to it, I knew the only way I was going to get control of this was to INVEST IN MYSELF!! So I reached out and jumped in.
Rita’s individual approach is exactly what I needed! She worked with my lifestyle right from the start so it was attainable. The meal plan was SO simple with food lists and specific days for specific foods. The workouts were progressive and I was committed to it ALL.
The group of ladies doing the program with me were my rock! I couldn’t do it on my own. We shared food ideas with each other and daily held each other accountable to the workouts, as tough as they sometimes were. The 4 Weeks to Fab program gave us a community. Rita gave me the chance through this easy to follow program, to get a handle on myself. I’ve lost overall inflammation and some noticeable weight but more importantly, my mood is lifted and my energy level has increased! This program was the best gift I could give myself. Thanks to Rita for providing just what I needed when I needed it.
