Megan was an amazing candidate for the #4weekstofab Program. Not only did she persevere and push herself no matter the obstacle, lose 11 pounds and 8 inches, but the best part is, 2 months later, she continues to live and breathe the “Rita Catolino” lifestyle and is finding the balance that I strive for all of my clients to embrace. “At the beginning of this year, it became very apparent to me once and for all that my overall health and well being was in desperate need of an overhaul! As I near the end of my 30’s, the weight on the scale continued to creep up a little by little and year over year. I had a growing concern and guilt over my mostly sedentary lifestyle. The negative self image and that tired and low feeling was starting to affect everything in my overall happiness it was time for a change. I discovered Rita’s program just at the right time! – It was time I take control!
I am so elated about what I have taken away from the 4 weeks to Fab experience. I have been given all the tools to make a sustainable change to my lifestyle that I completely believe in. Rita and the group of women in the program didn’t allow for excuses or negative thinking, and I have taken away the importance of positive thinking, goal setting and planning for success. Consistency and persistence equals results and boy did I get results! I’ve crushed my goals and exceeded my expectations. My current weight and strength are what it was in high school! I now feel confident in the gym and enjoy the feeling of a challenging workout again.
Now, I’m inspiring my family with my good habits and dedication, and I’m so proud to be setting a great example for my daughter that it’s not ok to be a couch potato! In the beginning, I wanted so much to be that skinny ideal; now what I realize what is even better then rocking that outfit in this photo shoot is that it feels so amazing to feel fit, strong and healthy. It’s not about the numbers on the scale or even what you see in the mirror all the time. When you love and feel good about yourself and what you have achieved, great things begin to unfold!
