Jennifer came to the 4 weeks to Fab program already doing quite a bit of physical activity. She was right in the midst of training for a 1/2 marathon with the goal to do a full one. It is always a greater challenge for me as a coach looking to help a client meet their other “non-endurance” goals, but I LOVE a challenge. Incorporating resistance training around her already hectic running schedule, as well as making the nutrition aspect keep her lean, but with energy to complete her runs. I am thrilled with Jennifer’s success and the best part is that she is smashing her Personal Best with running due to the extra strength:) So proud of her! I know this is just the start. Take it away Jennifer!
“My daughter Sarah asked me on New Year’s Day if I had any resolutions. I told her that I wanted this year to be the year I do things that make me a better me, to make the best choices for myself. I had followed Rita on Facebook for a few months and was sure that her 4 Weeks to Fabulous was definitely in line with what I wanted to accomplish for 2014. I was already quite active running, spin class, soccer, but had lost my drive for resistance training over the last year. Rita’s program launched me back to the weight room and on to a stronger body. I loved seeing my body change with her exercise prescription and easy-to-follow meal plan. I had concerns in the beginning whether I would be able to keep up my marathon training and do her program, but it actually worked well together. Others asked how I would ever fit everything into my day, but crazy early mornings became no problem–I had a goal and an incredible level of new-found focus! When it came time for the photo shoot I couldn’t believe the change in my body and my mindset. I now know that I can accomplish so much more than I thought was possible. Thanks Rita for helping me become the best version of myself!”
