I love Jodene’s physical transformation…the pictures speak for themselves! But what is in my opinion the greatest part of her journey is the disappearance of her inflammation, and the reappearance of her vibrancy, clear skin, healthy hair and AMAZING new attitude and confidence! 45 never looked so good!!!!
“I first saw Rita as a fellow Goodlife member. It was inspiring to see her transform not only her body but her career in the fitness world. I was intrigued by the Four Weeks to Fab success stories, but never imagined myself joining.
Then came 2014 with it’s fair share of stress and bumps in the road. I found myself constantly choosing that extra hour of work or sleep over the gym and yoga, and frequently grabbing quick but unhealthy meals. The stress and lack of self care started to take it’s toll both physically and emotionally. I knew I needed to shake things up but wasn’t sure how. I learned Rita was starting a 4WTF session in the new year and decided this was the way to do it. It was time to honour myself, and do something for ‘ME’. I was going to start the new year and celebrate my 45th birthday in a healthy way.
I expected results, but nothing like I’ve experienced. In the last five weeks Rita has taught me how to nourish my body with both food and exercise. When I look in the mirror I see a strong and healthy body. A body with more energy than I ever remember having. The chronic inflammation I used to have is completely gone. My hair has bounce, my eyes and skin have a glow that I haven’t had in years. I have a confidence that somehow disappeared over the years. It’s as if a long lost light has been sparked inside me. By nurturing my body I’ve fed my soul and I could not be happier.
Rita, you’ve taught me how to fall in love with taking my care of myself.
You are a gift. Thank you for sharing your wisdom … your passion … your zest for life. Thank you for sharing the amazing team you have built with Paula, Dina and Florencia. You are not only transforming lives, you’re creating a ‘sisterhood’. You have, and will continue, to touch so many lives. I am forever grateful that mine was one of them.” Jodene
