Holly came all the way from Ohio to shoot her 4 Weeks To Fab Fitness shoot after 5 weeks of dedication and consistency with the program. Ten years ago I lost 20 pounds and became “skinny” fat so I started exercising to tone up.
Like everyone I had lagging body parts that no matter how hard I worked wouldn’t budge. Then last year I hurt my back. I went from being on a plateau to backsliding. It took almost 7 months to heal. I was frustrated and wanted to aggressively reshape my body. I saw Rita at the Arnold the year she trained Tosca and started following her on Facebook. As soon as I saw her post about this program I knew I had to join.
The program was awesome! My shoulders popped!! FINALLY! They continue to become more and more defined with the post plan Rita provides. Dare we talk about what 4WTF has done for my rump!?! Whoop!

I could be extremely rigid with my food which then caused me to overindulge when I would allow a cheat meal… Um whole box of girl scout cookies! Rita has shown all of us how to find balance without the guilt (or going overboard). I am forever grateful for her knowledge. It has changed how I approach my health and fitness.
