When Sue decided to partake in 4 weeks to fab back to back sessions, my initial reaction was to think she was missing something from the first session. Nope. She WANTED MORE!! Sue is a fighter and once she got the taste of fitness, health and yummy food that can be sustainable, she wanted to further her education at the “Rita University” for more. I am so happy that Sue decided to do another group and more importantly that she continues to live the “Rita Lifestyle” and surpass all of her initial goals. So proud of you Sue!!!
“I decided to do back to back 4 week to fab programs not because I thought I was missing something from the first session, but because I thought I wanted to push myself even harder to see what I could accomplish. Rita intensified my workouts and pushed me with heavier weights, and many more sets then I was used to doing. The extra 4 weeks of being accountable to my eating plan was the necessary time to really show me that this is an everyday, completely do-able lifestyle that I could maintain. I loved seeing the added toning and definition that the new program allowed for, and although the scale didn’t move as dramatically as the first program, that was ok because I was seeing it, and people around me saw that my body was changing. The constant feedback from Rita and support from the rest of the group is what makes this program great. I’ve got the skills now to continue on this journey be the best I can be, and thanks to Rita, I’m more confident now that I will continue to succeed!”
