Im calling this “Part 2” , because Cathy’s original start to the “Coach Catolino” way of life started HERE. I recommend you read her first transformation which included a 30 pound weight loss and a internal transformation with her relationship with food. We have worked long and hard together, and the coolest thing is that Cathy, after 2 years CONTINUES to grow, learn and push herself. She has proven that this lifestyle is just that- a lifestyle that IS sustainable and healthy with no crazy extremes or yo-yoing. When Cathy showed interest in the #4weekstoFab program, I was thrilled! She said it was the last little push she needed to get out of the “winter funk” many of us feel post cold weather season. I am beyond proud to have Cathy as one of my ambassadors and spread my passion. Take it away…again…Cathy:)
“Over the past 18 months Rita has changed the way I eat and workout and I can’t say enough about how she has changed my life in such a positive way, especially when it comes to food.
