Sandra’s initial email to me was not the typical email. I could already sense her fear of failing before we even started. Through a lofty amount of communication, I asked Sandra to trust in me and the process. I promised her I would NOT let her down. I am thrilled she decided to trust me, and put her health and fitness goals in my hands. Her results and gained confidence are more than I ever hoped for. Sandra is a fighter, and I am so glad we had the pleasure of working together! Take it away Sandra!
“My fitness journey had taken me on various paths over the years; cross fitness and functional training, running, beach volleyball, aerobics and BeachBody DVD series with Tony Horton but I had apprehension towards bodybuilding and weight lifting. I always thought, by popular beliefs and critics, that my skinny body could not build muscle mass. I had been following Rita via Facebook for almost a year and was very inspired by her drive, her mantra and her overall philosophy on life and fitness. I was stuck in an unmotivated rut and stress was ruining my health and even more, killing the healthy lifestyle I had worked so hard to build over the last few years. Coincidently, I came across Rita’s post one day indicating that she had one space left for her Spring Four Weeks to Fab program, so I jumped on the opportunity. I came into this program with very specific goals but low expectations given a recent bad experience with a personal trainer. The four weeks that followed completely changed my life! With the help of Rita’s guidance and the support from a group of women with whom I shared this adventure, I became very comfortable with free weights, training and meal planning. I not only became a much disciplined morning person, but I also gained strength, confidence and dedication. This experience has transformed me both physically and mentally. Thanks to Rita I now have the tools to maintain this better version of myself and pursue this fitness journey. Above all, I have learned to put myself first and I recommend to all women to take this challenge!”
