Where do I start with Sherry? I met Sherry through Paula Tizzard (our wonderful 4 weeks to fab photographer). She is an amazing videographer who actually did the video on my landing page (check it out!)! She is BEYOND talented..and in my own humble opinion, I didn’t think she embraced that at the time. I had the pleasure of working with Sherry again post 4 weeks to fab on another project….and let me tell you…her confidence in her skill is through the ROOF!!! That is what I love about creating confidence in other women in the gym and with their bodies; it isn’t just about the apparent 6pack that we now see on Sherry, its about her CONFIDENCE in all other aspects of life. The rockin bod??? That is just the “Sherry On Top” Take it away Sherry!
“Fitness has always been a part of my life and finding new goals to reach is what keeps me motivated. I’ve always had a poor self body image and have suffered from depression most of my adult life. The “perfect storm” the past couple years had left me at a fitness standstill. I had never experienced this lack of motivation before. Going out for a run, hitting the gym, even playing hockey became more of a chore then fun. I felt helpless and was feeling like I was on a road of no return. Meeting Rita and witnessing the strength and confidence of the girls that did her first 4weeks to fab is exactly what I needed. I wanted so badly to get out of this funk I had been in for way too long. The night I received Rita’s program, I was extremely worried about the eating plan. I had never been able to stick to any kind of eating plan in the past, not for more then a day or two. I was really excited for the new routine at the gym. I needed to change things up from the same old workout that I had been doing for years. To my surprise, the eating plan was not as hard to stick to as I thought it would be. Of course there were days I wanted to indulge in something sinful but I was focused on my goal. The support of the other girls on the private Facebook group was invaluable. The days I felt tried and not motivated I would visit the group on Facebook and read the positive posts. It was such an incredible journey! Everyday, I felt stronger physically but more important stronger mentally. This couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. This was exactly what I needed to get me back to caring for my body and health and mind! I am a firm believer that people come into our lives for a reason. Thank you Rita for coming into my life!”
