I have had the pleasure of working with Tessa in the past. When we met, she was a introverted, shy woman, with a lack of self-confidence. Over the past year, she has learned to uncover her true potential and is growing in ways I never thought possible. Not only is she strong and driven in the gym, but this power has trickled into her demeanour as well. When Tessa got on set for her shoot, her energy, vibrancy and CONFIDENCE BLEW up the studio!! She was dancing, flipping her hair and full of life!! I was so proud to see her come SO far. This program isn’t about the “perfect size” or what we think we SHOULD look like, its about focussing on the best version of you! Tessa says it best herself..”focus on all of the things that make you beautiful instead of focussing on the things that may not!” I am so proud of all you have accomplished and how much more is to come!!!!! “To start I owe a huge Thank You to Rita for helping me remember how STRONG I am!!!! This 4 weeks to fab came at the perfect time for me. I first started my journey last September when I signed up for a 12 week transformation with Rita Catolino and Hybrid fitness centre. Doing that program was one of the best things I have ever done in my life, it helped get me back into fitness and remember how important being healthy is for ever aspect of your life and well-being. After the 12 weeks ended I then went on to doing one on one training with the amazing Brooke Sullivan. I had been training with her for a few months when the opportunity came to do the 4 weeks to fab and it was a good time for me to do it cause no matter how hard I was training and how well I ate I was finding that I was not seeing the results I expect, our mind really is our own worst enemy. So I talked with Rita and I signed up for the 4 weeks. These 4 weeks did not come with out their struggles I might have picked the worst month for me personal (April 13 was the second anniversary of my mothers passing) to try and do this program but at the same time I believe it was the best time to do it cause if I can stick to the food plan and workouts well going through such hardship then the rest of the time from now on will be cake. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal, but over these 4 weeks I have shifted them a bit as much as being a certain size and at a particular level of fitness are still goals for me I would much rather focus on being a more confident, proud, happy version of myself. I plan to spend more time focusing on all the things that make me beautiful instead of the things that might not. I owe a huge THANKS to Rita Catolino, Paula Tizzard, Dina Mansour, Florencia Taylor you 4 ladies are the best ego boost anyone could ever have ☺ and I am eternally grateful that I meet you all. “
