Today I am really excited to introduce Joanne, another participant in the 4 WEEKS TO FAB program. My idea for the program was to teach women the proper tools and support to reach their goals in a way that didn’t include hours on the elliptical (most of them did 1 hour of cardio per WEEK if that), quick, easy to follow workouts (45 min to 1 hour) 3-5 times a week, and food that made them feel satiated, happy and NOT hungry. No Pills, powders, juicing, shakes or quick “detoxes”; a REAL, SUSTAINABLE lifestyle. I love that Joanne is now part of my lifestyle and “team” of women. The best part is her CONFIDENCE, not the 14 pounds lost…that is just a bonus. Take it away Joanne!
