When opening my emails on a daily basis requesting my online program, many times I am quite surprised as to who is seeking my help. This was no different when I received Ania’s email over a year ago. She was funny, smart and looked amazing. So why did she need me? Well, over the course of a year, I began to see that her struggle to see herself as the AMAZING women she is, was hindering her from reaching her personal goals. I am so proud of Ania and for finally seeing what I saw at the start. Her physical journey, 6 pack and new physique is just the cherry on the top. Take it away Ania.
“I feel honored and privileged to be represented here by Rita. Here is my journey.
You may all be familiar with the first part; you don’t like your body, you don’t like yourself. You are trying to change. Exercise. Cardio. Yoga. Eating, not eating. Diet this, diet that. Some results, no results. “What the f…. am I doing wrong?” Endless beating yourself up for not achieving the results you dream of. Many of you have been there. God knows I have.
I came to US , found Oxygen magazine, read it in one breath, discovered Tosca Reno and started following her religiously. But still I was just skinny fat with no love for myself. Then I decided to find a trainer, and boy was that the right decision!
I found wonderful woman G. with passion for fitness who taught me how not to be afraid off heavy weights. Who showed me that my limits are much higher than I would aim! It all started coming together. I started to become leaner, stronger, and happier 🙂 It was harder that I make it sound; food preparation, sweaty training sessions where I was out of breath, but the results were showing and that motivated me even more!
There was just one little enemy….. Myself. So I was leaner, but sill with fat legs and hatred for it and for myself. I didn’t know how to change that.
I followed Tosca and her work with Rita and was amazed by the loving energy and results. I wanted this too, I wanted to try a different approach. So I contacted Rita! 🙂
Her online program is something that put me high up in the sky! It was challenging, refreshing and interesting all the time. We worked up my food journal with needed adjustments from time to time. Weekly check- ins were the best thing because It kept me going, especially when you see the changes. She answers questions and discusses doubts. She makes you feel like she is right next to you, that she has your back. Don’t get me wrong. She won’t do your hard work FOR you; it’s for you to push yourself and focus. And I did as much as I was able to. I saw my 6pack in one month!!! I was amazed! And then I slowly shredded my unwanted body fat and sculpted those legs. I did the program one year ago, and am proud to say that I am STILL healthy, happy and fit; a true testament to the sustainability and life-long results of Rita’s unique method.
Most importantly, throughout the long process, along with the hard work, I gained a new respect for myself. I reached into my soul and changed the way I was thinking about myself; from not liking myself, to loving and accepting myself. That was the most precious gain I achieved through fitness as well as the most difficult. I started to exercise because I wanted to change myself; I wanted to be someone else. Now, I exercise because I CARE about myself and my body. I am very grateful that I met my trainer and Rita to guide me through the process. In the end I am very proud, because it wasn’t my trainer who did it, Rita didn’t do it. I DID IT, and I am proud!”
