When I received Michelle’s questionnaire for the 4 Weeks To Fab Program, she expressed an interest in getting back to the gym and a routine, as well as healthy food choices after a hard year. Not only did we achieve those goals together, but Michelle smashed her own goals as well as realizing she achieved many more. Her inner strength came to shine, and I am so proud of her. “I cannot thank Rita enough for the boost in confidence and the invaluable information I have gained throughout the four weeks of this program. After a difficult year suffering some pretty hard blows to my self esteem and confidence, I needed to feel pretty again. I needed to look in the mirror and be proud of what I saw there.
