Dinah came to me last minute, just a few hours before the start of the newest #4WEeksToFab session. I was hesitant to let her join because the group was already full, and I didn’t think she would have enough time to review all of the material and get started. I am glad I went against my gut feeling ! Dinah was in a rut for a long while and I could feel the desperation in her initial email. She had worked out daily, doing high intensity training for years. She was eating “clean” and doing everything in her power. I understand this frustration and there is nothing worse then thinking you are doing your best and not getting the results you think you deserve. Well, lets just say I threw Dinah’s workouts and “clean” eating on their heads and pushed her “Coach Catolino” style;) The results speak for themselves! Its not about the 12 pounds that Dinah lost in 4 weeks, its about the education, confidence and pizzaz she now has back! Take it away Dinah!
“I have a lifetime full of “fitness”. I’ve done every fitness/nutrition program out there… and then some. The past six months I had hit a plateau and simply could not break the cycle of weight gain which had a compound effect on my frustration. Being in fitness for nearly all my life, I felt horrible, I felt as though there was nothing else for me, nothing worked anymore…this was just the way I was going to be. I’m not a quitter; never have been and never will. My eyes and ears were still wide open to see or hear if there was something else. By chance, while out to dinner with the girls for a birthday celebration, my friend Mary Unger was talking to someone about a program she was going to be starting. Of course I was eager to “eavesdrop”, and I did. I had a couple of questions for Mary and then I decided a few days later to call her and ask her to find out if it was too late for me to get in…lucky for me Rita Catolino welcomed me with open arms into her “4 Weeks to Fab” program. I am so grateful and extremely happy with my results. I lost 12 lbs. and 7 inches during my journey, and this is just the beginning!!! Everyone is noticing the difference in my physique and energy level, including myself. The private group ladies in the “4 Weeks to Fab” program were extremely supportive, encouraging, funny…and I’ve made some GREAT new friends. The “4 Weeks to Fab” team; Rita Catolino, Dina Mansour, Florencia Taylor and Paula Tizzard are AMAZING and I cannot thank them enough for making me feel like a princess the day of the photo shoot. Thanks so much Coach C for everything you have helped me achieve…I’m a 4WTF’er for life! “
